IBM job

Seems that she is having a lot of problems with her new role. Seems difficult and direction is lost.
Sigh......this happens all the time, never really happy with her job. I remembered 5 years ago, it happened as well...that was the last straw when we decided to move back to PG.
I hope her last move will make things better.....
